you should be able to get into the settings and setup the inputs to where when you turn it on/off it goes straight to your apple tv/roku etc.

Wait for Prime Day if you want cheap Amazon Fire TV. Bet they offer something. Got my 55" Amazon FireTV 4 series for $109 a couple years ago, use it as a computer monitor currently, for productivity, no gaming, works great for that

My biggest issue buying a dedicated smart TV is over time the software gets slow. I have an older version of this TV (insignia fire TV 55") and it started glitching out. Saying not enough space on the hdd. Netflix would stop working and fire TV would say I need to delete things. I've erased everything, deleted all apps and re-downloaded netflix and it still said can't play no space. Ended up wiping it out with a factory reset and added a Google TV. But with a much bigger hard drive.
Now I don't have any issues with the TV as I dont use the native software.
