I bought. Thanks. Reviews says to check in store if tools came with it as missing bolts and stuff seems to be a common issue.

Ok I put it together. Mine came with all the scrolls and parts (reviews says it's a common issue). It has one fatal flaw. The part the legs connect to the to is a soft plastic encase without any further point of contact. Like moronic design. I would say that 38 is still too much for it but too lazy to return.
