My son got one of these and enjoyed it...not that he pulled anything super good. Did come with like 7 promo cards though, a toy, and some stickers.

The Pikachu full art card looks nice, the rest are ok. If you play with them, the Ex cards seem interesting for casual fun. If it's for collecting, they're ok. If it's for reselling, I doubt they'll have a much larger value any time soon. IMO, the Binder is worth $1, stickers + chest $1, Squishy Pikachu $1, and the 7 promos maybe $4 to $7.

I didn't buy it though because I have way too many cards as it is so I'm being really picky about which sets to collect. If that wasn't a factor I would've bought it.
