I won't be buying another Baseus product after they refused to honor the refund on my Consumer Safety Products Commission recalled power bank that I'm supposed to immediately stop using. BTW: I was notified by Amazon that my power bank was recalled.

Got this last time for 42. This is a bit cheaper. Holds a great deal of charge and works flawlessly with quick charging my devices. It's hefty but still reasonable and feels quality. One year in and it's going strong and my go to bank.

you can use any usb power supply to charge the battery.
60W is merely the max "speed" at which the battery can re-charge and dis-charge.

you can use a 100W usb power supply for laptops.
this battery will charge at max "speed" of 60W.

or

you can use a 20W usb power supply for cell phones,
charging at 20W, or about 30% of max "speed".

as stated above, to fully charge from 0% to 100%,
a 60W power supply would take 2 hours.

meaning,
any >60W power supply would take 2 hours.
a 20W power supply would take (60W / 20W) * (2 hours) = 6 hours.

I bought this last year and absolutely love it. My go-to battery pack for all my travels.
It's no brainer at this price.

Also have this and very happy with it. Being able to charge my windows laptop 1.5 full charges and a MacBook Air two full charges is amazing from a single battery.

Would this work to plugin a GoPro without battery for filming or is it only suited for charging?

I have used lesser power banks for GoPro power supplies, so I would bet this would work great. I have this power bank and we use it on most of our trips to charge everything from phones to laptops. Like others said, it's hefty, and maybe even a little overbuilt.

I had one and it wouldn't hold a charge for a week after fully charging it. I couldn't recommend imo.

That one is 30w output vs 65w on this bank, making this one much better suited for laptop/macbook etc.

so not the device in the OP the Baseus

but I have the device below for 6 months now and just bought another one for Prime Day yesterday since it was on sale for impulse money and I just experienced a hurricane with no power for a while … currently $25 for some colors and $27 for other colors

https://www.amazon.com/Yoocas-Por...0CRSV4R6X/

I am just asking what is the pros and cons for they are similar?

Both can do 65w for one device or charge up to 3 devices simultaneously, both are 20,000 mah and support PD 3 and QC 4.

Anything else that is important I ask curiously?

Ive had this for maybe a year and a half now and freaking love this thing. It holds a charge for so incredibly well and it's so solid I never have to worry about any weird quirks. It has multiple USB plugins and I don't stress about what Cord I have. Since it's 65W I can charge my laptop and steamdeck on it as well
Seems a little shilly....

I think op is better known brand while yours is a random Chinese brand.

Yes the 20,000mah is only 75wh. Most airlines allow up to 100wh ~ 27,000mah
