I regularly went 2k over my "limit" without issue at all. Just try and run it 🤷🏻 ♂️
It starts the day you are approved, though Chase officially gives 115 days from approval to hit spend.

I had the Business Cash opened with just $4,000 limit. Then after like 4-5 months, got bumped to $9,000, and then a year later got a fairly high 5-digit limit. Same story with my partner.
