I got one of these for $108 last year new in box from some random guy on eBay. Glad I didn't pay near retail because Lenovo never fixed the fan issue. The fan constantly ramps on and off, and it is very audible. There is zero ability to set fan curve or change settings. Proof https://imgur.com/a/8rpICVI

I purchased this unit over the other two that were available during this deal (4GB RAM 64GB Storage, Intel Celeron / 8GB RAM 128GB Storage, i3). I thought the upgrade in RAM, processor and storage were worth the extra $70.

I was able to get Windows installed through Virt-Manager on Linux. It was a bit complicated since I had not touched Linux in a while, but got it up and going. You'll need to follow instructions here
Windows iso can be downloaded from Microsoft here
A couple of extra steps that I needed to do to get my Virt-Machine app working properly were these two commands that I found in the following post. I would recommend you check there in case you are running into other errors.

command to enter into Terminal:
printf 'user = "root"\ngroup = "root"\nremember_owner = 0\n' | sudo tee -a /etc/libvirt/qemu.conf
I dedicated 8GB RAM and 6 cores to the VM and it runs just fine for basic things which I need it for, that being applications that are only available as Windows .exes.

My apologies if you were asking how to install Windows on it as the primary OS and not as a VM. I didn't come across any guides on how to do so on this device.

This is still active, I just bought one using the code.

Does anyone know if this is Chrome Plus certified, it beats the necessary specs.

Awesome! In for one. Plan to use a basic HTPC for browsing on the TV, streaming, etc. Looks small enough to mount behind the TV and get rid of my console for a clean setup!
