Curious if anyone else has seen something similar, so forgive me if you see this comment in multiple threads. I've seen a lot of shady stuff from Amazon over the years, but this one is at the top. It feels like S&S has intetionally started making things harder. Voluntary attrition to stop using the service?
Edit: I'm talking about the first delivery, not followups. I always cancel after the item arrives.

On a side note the Gain scented litter was so fragrant I had to mix it up with the regular litter I use (Dr elseys) to cut the scent. Didn't want to traumatize my cats
