I haven't bought this but the 4 pack color set ink is meh.. I think the ink with papermate is more smoother than these..

The colored ends are plastic. The Parker in the OP is made entirely out of stainless steel.

I bought this exact same pen from Office Depot/Max back in 2011 and it cost me $10. Still works great to this day and has a very satisfying click.

Don't know where the $20.00 comes from, I see it's normally $12.49.
In either case, a good buy (IMO)

I've been rocking one for years, amazing pen that writes very well and has a good feel to it.
