I just bought the 6700 for $1,265 from World Wide Stereo via eBay. I chatted with them. They claim it still has the 3 year warranty from Denon. I haven't had any problems except one. There was an HDMI cable unplugged inside the case. I could see it as clear as day through the top vents. I opened up the case (removed about ten screws) and plugged it back in. It connected the auxiliary HDMI port on the front of the unit to the main circuit board. It was obvious where it was supposed to be plugged in. I suspect they either tested it and forgot to plug it back in or it came unplugged during shipping. Other than that, it would pass for brand new. Everything seems to be working as it should. I used Audyssey Evo (formerly called Audyssey One) to tweak my speaker calibrations, and I'm running 13 speakers and 4 subwoofers with the help of a little Fosi external and two subwoofer y-adapters.

price seems to keep fluctuating. it was 2500 a few weeks ago and again in early hours of this morning. currently seeing 3337 but just wait it out.

$2500 should probably be the price to move units! If you go the full Dirac route (all the way to ART apparently coming in 2025), you're looking at ~$1000 additional cost before discounts!
