Thanks OP — Ive been in need of an upgrade after 5 years with a Shark stick and purchased one of these.

I bought the last outsize Dyson refurb at the same price. Arrived in a plain box but was like new. Very happy with it so far.

No. Once you use up the charge in the battery, it's done. Just make that first usage count! 😂

Ummm, yes, it comes with a plug in charger. You can recharge it. That's the beauty of a cordless vacuum.

I got one of these last time for this price. It's bigger and heavier than the v10 but it has way more suction. Battery life much better also. The weight takes some getting used to but I would purchase again

Beware, the V10 likely has a faulty fatiguing plastic trigger button unless you're lucky and get an updated version. I just used the Allstate warranty to repair ours from this seller after 15 months. DIY repair looked quite intense. Dyson redesigned the part. Of course I have no way to know if the vacuum repair shop put the new trigger in or the original defective OEM trigger. Otherwise, it's a wonderful vacuum and was in perfect shape from eBay Dyson refurbished. My experience with the warranty was A+ so far.
