Running? I'd recommend against doing that in these or any flat bottom training shoe. Unless you'd like to destroy your plantar fascia. Checkout any of their Walking or Running shoes on their site if that's your goal.

Unfortunately none of the more boring normal colors (that i would wear) are on sale. Good shoe for the gym if you don't want to wear something more intense like Romaleos.

No, they are very flatfooted and made for weight lifting and those type of workouts. Not running or walking shoes

I use them for lifting and treadmill walking at the gym. Great for lifting acceptable for walking. If running I think I'd want actual running shoes.

Unfortunately most people do a lot of their activities at the gym in their "gym" shoes.

I have Metcon 8's and gf has them metcon 8 too, snagged them fro like 70 bucks 2 years ago give or take.

great shoes for weight lifting, before that we used regular shoes and destroyed many pairs, this is just better and great for dedicated lifting shoe. so much I loved them I bought 2 pairs.
