Where did you get the 31,000 mAh? I only saw 99.2 Wh on the page. I don't trust random Chinese brand power bank from Amazon. At this price, I think the Jackery is price competitive, plus it's LFP.
LFP chemistry has a nominal voltage of 3.2V.
99.2Wh = 99200mWh
99200mWh/3.2V = 31000mAh
This is such a waste of space product. You buy it and you will regret it. Trust me.
W/o being specific and just because you have no use-case for it, doesn't mean it's not viable to others. After 3+ days of blackout due to Beryl, this will save minor sanity.
31,000 maH. Although they bury that spec - looks like deliberately - by discussing Wh only.
That's a big powerbank but the sale price is too high, imo, and the msrp is wildly overstated. Enough to make me question any of Jackery's assertions.
Here's a decent 70,000 maH powerbank for ~$40 after clipping coupon. Double capacity, half price, more outputs. Even if they've overstated something, they still undercut this Jackery brick.
MOVE SPEED 70000mAh Power Bank High Capacity, 22.5W Max PD 3.0 Fast Charging, Large Power Bank,4 Outputs 2 Inputs,LED Display,USB-C Battery Pack https://a.co/d/iH80uIV
Edit: Jackery claims 100w PD vs 20 for the one I've linked, so that's at least an advantage if charging a laptop for example. And they're claiming LFP cells. Still high price. Unless I've overlooked a feature?
The powerbank you posted
70000mAh (259 Wh)
So based on the theory
Ah * nominal voltage = Wh
Voltage is 3.7
Power rate 22.5W Max (from specs)
Battery is?
For Jackery 31,000 mAh (99.2 Wh)
So voltage based on the eqn is 3.2
power rate is 128W Max (from specs)
Battery is LiFePO4
There is nothing slimy about Wh, if you shop for an EV you will notice they use kWh for their batteries
Depends on what you want to do.
Go with the cheaper option if you just need to charge a couple cell phones.
Get Jackery if you want to charge your Mac Book or something heavier.

You are interchanging Wh and W. They are not interchangeable. Wh are a measure of energy, W is a measure of power. The link between the max power output and battery size is complicated -- power output can be limited by the capacity of the boost convertor, the maximum C rate of the battery, and the thermal limits of any component. Some very small batteries exist that can output enormous amounts of power -- Samsung, for instance, makes a 5Ah 21700 INR cell that can discharge at 50A continuous (10C) ... that's 185W from an 18.5Wh battery (which is crazy high)! Conversely, some large batteries exist that can only safely discharge at fairly slow rates.

Where am I interchanging Wh and W?
