I have a small insulated shed where I keep my chickens. Can I use this to run a timer based light for few months out of the year when there's snow?

It has EPS with a 30ms cutover. Fine for most things except sensitive equipment. Works fine for my modem/router.

Thanks. I was just about to ask if this would be good for modem and router set up. I have a UPS but it doesnt last very long and longer power outages I can't recharge it. So I've been looking into these set-ups.

Also maybe for a travel DC car fridge. Keep it going when the car is off for a short while to maybe and hour or two at a time.

seems there are a lot of usage case for this type of set up. like back up led lights for evening power outages.

For short day trips, sure, but the battery in this one is a little small if you're going to try to take it on overnight camping trips. You could keep one of these going with a fridge pretty easily on a road trip though.

DC fridges tend to range from 250-450Wh/day+ in consumption, depending on conditions and efficiency of your specific fridge, so plan accordingly. Also keep in mind that your fridge is probably not the only thing you're going to want to power off one of these things on the go.

For overnight or multi-day stuff, I'd definitely go for the River 2 Max @ 512Wh or even higher like the Pro @ 768Wh - and at least 100W worth of solar.
yep. those dc fridges, I have a smaller one and it runs 35-40watts/hr, so...this 256whr...figure 200-210 usable, is gonna get you 5-7hrs.

Anyone have any thoughts on how this would do for trickle charging batteries for two atvs? I recently got a shed and want to go solar with the main use being battery charging. I appreciate your insight, thank you!
