Looks like only the WAN port is 2.5 Gbps, the other two LAN ports are still limited to 1 Gbps??

Amazon is the 5400 model, Costco is the 5300 model. Link describes differences between the two.
5300 vs. 5400 [michaelbyte.com]

Does anyone know what the difference between a pro vs. a regular?

There is a subscription (additional fee) service to have control of these.

TP-Link and "Pro": According to the networking vendor, the Pro notion applies to its hardware that includes one or more Multi-Gig ports. Recently, TP-Link also released the Archer AX3000 Pro, which is basically the old Archer AX3000 with a 2.5Gbps WAN/LAN port. There will be more similar "Pro" hardware in the near future.

Taken from Dong, who most people can learn a lot from on these setups. https://dongknows.com/tp-link-dec...ro-review/

I have X55 and I'm not happy with it. I also spent money on their PoE access point as well as outdoor POE access point. It's very limited and not advance user friendly, gets confused, even with wired backhaul coverage is sub par.
Maybe this is much better than x55 but i doubt it.

There IS a difference between 5300 vs 5400.

5300 = 3x gigabit lan port
5400 = 1x 2.5 gbps + 2x gigabit lan ports
