I'm looking for a non-crappy sectional and it seems like that's not a thing that exists anymore. Does anyone own this? Would you rave about the comfort?

My brother-in-law got this one a month ago and it's comfortable, well made, and has premium touches like cushions that zip and strap into place. We liked his so much we bought a different (but still Thomasville from Costco) sectional for ourselves, just a 6-piece (no recliner but an ottoman instead) and we like it also as well.

Did you buy the Lowell sectional? Am debating between Tisdale and Lowell and would love some insights.

We recently purchased a Lowell with an extra seat. The base is pretty light but the cushions and pillows can be unzipped and washed. The ottoman cannot be unzipped. They bring it in, set it up and take all the trash with them. The couch has locking mechanisms that allow them to lock into each other. That being said it's very comfortable, I have knocked out on it multiple times in the evening. We have only had it for a a month so I cannot review long term ownership.

We got the Tinsdale. The Lowell has the arm on both end and middle curve ( I'm not sure what it's actually called). The Tinsdale (mine) if you want arm on both side there is going to be a gap at the curve (where you can put the ottoman or have one end have no arm rest. In our case we put we left the curve empty and instead put a end table there. So it feels more like two couches but we have a place to put our cups (etc) and still have the ottoman in the front. Trust me you will want it there. With the ottoman pushed up I can can sleep like a baby on that thing. I had to clean the ottoman once already (I have dogs) a simple carpet cleaner does the trick but they are pretty stain resistant. Honestly, it's the best couch we've ever owned thus far. I got mine for $1,100 on sale if you were to switch look out for that.
