I picked up the Target deal on the newer model which was $699 and includes 7000 pa (vs 5500), an edge cleaner mop that extends out, and hot water washing. Doesn't include the bonus items but for $40 more it seems more than worth it. Over though for now I believe.
I bought this a few months back when it was on sale and returned them next day. They clean great, but they're terrible at object detection, particularly cables. It aggressively attempted to mount my laptop power cable until it got stuck and needed rescuing. However, I just got the S7 Max Ultra that's on sale on Amazon this past weekend and I'm very happy with it so far. For some reason, even though they are supposed to use the same object avoidance tech, multiple reviews on YouTube have pointed out that it does in fact avoid objects better than the Q Revo. Just something to keep in mind if it's something to worry about in your home. I had in the past Roombas that on two occasions gobbled up dog shit, so object avoidance is kinda my main concern lol.
I just bought this and have been using it for about 2 weeks with 3 young kids. I agree with this assessment. Overall I love this thing and our floors have never looked this nice consistently. We have found in general we are keeping everything cleaner because
1. You have to pick up at night so it cleans everything
2. Seeing consistently clean floors compels us to be tidier with other parts of the house.
We have a mix of carpet and wood floors and it does a great job overall with both so far. I like the app too and it gives you a lot of control over things.

He's referring to the Q Revo Pro, which is still $699 on Roborock and Amazon

Anyone have this and small children? Is it good at keeping up with all the mess that toddlers produce?

It's no magician but it's pretty good. It uses lidar for object detection so it won't see cables, shoelaces, strings, etc. It is great for cleaning up after a meal but only small, immobile, stuff. Cheerios will just be pushed around. You still need to tidy before running it.

Imo the Eufy X10 is a better deal at $600 rn. The X10 has much better object recognition and Vacuum Wars put it in their top 5 for this month.

So how does this compare to the Qrevo S sold for $600 for prime day?

I bought this ~ a month ago when it was on sale. I did get the 8 mop things as shown, but it seems to be counting one of the filters and one of the bags as what's already in the vacuum and the dock....pretty misleading if that's the case.

If anyone actually received 2 loose bags and 2 loose filters (in addition to the ones already in the vacuum and dock), that would be interesting to hear....would mean they owe me one each!

The s is just like the pro without the extending arm and hot water washing. Not the answer you were asking for but will help you choose between these three models. I have the $700 Pro from Target being delivered today. To me it's worth spending the extra $100 just to have the extended mop arm alone that the pro has

Target $700deal is still good. I created a Target wedding registry so I can get the pro for an extra 15% off. Hopefully this target price will remain for 2 weeks until my registry is ready
