Another Microcenter patented "hope and pray" deals -- IF you are lucky enough to be near a MykeRowCenter, and IF they're lucky enough to have it in stock, and IF the in-store people are diligent enough to bother actually looking for your order....you might get it.

More than once I put a pick-up order in for a part they said they had a dozen of....and "sorry we're out of stock". The next day, their stock level didn't change. Went in person, found a bunch on the shelf. Looked like a tornado hit the rest of the store.

I just keep placing pickup orders until an employee actually does fulfill the order.

They had a few carts full of these in Charlotte when I was there 2 weeks ago. Marked down from $29.99 to $9.99. Not as high surge value, but still a lot better than nothing.

I don't mind the color, but I won't buy a power strip with a straight plug anymore. The flat plug style is just worth the extra cost for me.
