That's like saying apples for losing weight. Oranges for gaining weight.

Someone can lose weight with ON (blends) and not just isolates. This type of breakdown you gave will make someone magically think isolates helps them lose weight.

Exactly @kyriostrife.The small cal difference between isolate and concentrate protein doesnt make it for weight gain. Wink
