I grabbed one, combined with discover 5% and Cashback it's good enough. I was hoping to get another $500 deal on a 3x fan design for prime day but oh well

But, this one qualified for 10% C1 cb plus 5% discover for Walmart. $459 total beats that $500 deal with 5% Amazon Visa for $475 after cb. If you're only looking at initial price and not final price (with a few extra clicks) then sure. I myself, I don't mind playing the cb game. I'm looking at total price at the end which makes this a great deal at $459. I know the cb game isn't for everybody tho.

To make it easy if you play the game: if you have capital one shopping installed on your PC browser, visit the Amazon link and it'll find you the better price at Walmart which will activate the the 10% bonus. Then of course, pay with your discover that currently has 5% cb @ Walmart. You don't have to pay with a capital one card.

Just a FYI, I got my 10% cashback but didn't realize the GPU was sold third party by Newegg so I didn't get the extra 5%, be sure to use a card with better rewards. At the very least I would've used my Citi double cash. Oh well, it's past of that game I play, and I learn & get better with every transaction that doesn't go my way.


In the end, I had a $500 GPU budget and I still met it with only the 10% +1%, $480 is still a good deal, $460 woulda been better tho!
