Nvidia charges too much for the use of g-sync. FreeSync works with modern Nvidia cards. The only "con" is that you have to go to settings and select VRR.

I bought this last year and HAND DOWN the best decision of my PC gaming life!

Some other panels were bothering my eyes a bit but this VA is amazing on my eyes and wow, gorgeous! If you are on the fence wow, this is a nice deal

Once having a 32" I'll never go smaller… heck I'd go bigger except I hate that the 34"s are that weird non standard ratio 16:9 is king.

I have 3 of these and just ordered a fourth one to make 2 for my wifes' work / gaming setup and 2 for my work setup. These monitors are very clear and bright to my eyes (hence ordering the fourth one). I have had the other 3 for a while with no issues other than to say to make sure you use the cords that come with the monitor. I tried using an old one I had connected and had issues getting a signal. Switched to the cable that came with the monitor and it worked great.

That weird ratio (21:9) is something that if you like to multi task (split your screen in half with two web browsers, two apps etc) is a game changer. As people quickly find out with the inferior (16:9) if you split the screen in half you have to side scroll to read web sites, documents, etc. (21:9) you don't have to do this since when split in half it acts as a native ratio respected by all apps. So an ultra wide becomes two monitors. Buy two ultra wides and you effectively have 4 monitors. Your work flow is tremendous and it works great for full screen games and movies. If you were to buy four (16:9) monitors you'd have those disgusting bezels between each screen and you'd waste so much electricity driving four separate monitors.

16:9 is still relevant I guess if you only hook your monitor to a game console (PS5, Xbox, Nintendo) and do nothing else with it.

So I'm going to play games on a curved monitor where the other side of the curve is turned off or used for browsing the web while I play an intense multiplayer competitive game? Nahhhh lol. Convince me… I'm not convinced.
