Man this just screams legitimate.
I had another of theirs and found the handle height too short for me being 5' 10"
This shows it is 32" high. Figure that before you buy if you are taller where your hands will need to be to keep the spray wheel level.
Wheels were great but gearing mechanism had a bunch of drag pushing.
