Yes same zip code provided by Dustin and was in stock for pick up by my local BB.

Went with Best Buy today at $399 with 3 months of Apple Fitness. I'm in AZ, I'd rather pick them up and not have them sit in the 115 degree summer heat

It's coming this year to comply with EU regulations and stay consistent with the rest of the AirPod line (per media sources). Sounds reasonable.

While I have no doubt that new ones are coming, they will be at a higher price than this sale. Lightning or USB-C, I don't care how they charge as long as the sound is great. This 399 price is what these should have been at the beginning, but it is what it is. So the new ones at 500$ plus, or these at 399$ or less is an easy choice to make. I'd like to see more color options though, and a better case for the headphones. Apple, you can do better.

Found the glitch. If I used links straight to AirPods Max it didn't give shipping option even after refreshing a lot. However I opened 1.Walmart app searched AirPods Max, 2.filtered by seller "Walmart" it showed $509 all colors space gray when added to cart appeared $349 with option to ship. Sure enough shipped arriving Saturday. Told my family to try that worked for them too.
