I recently purchased an X5. I thought I could game (sound effects, music, etc.) and use Teams at the same time, but can't. Something about limited BT bandwidth over BT5. Only way around it is to use an external microphone.

I ran into this as well. They are great headphones but recommend a mod mic attachable mic

Are these a big upgrade over the xm3? I don't really want the XM55 because they pack down larger than the XM4 and i don't think it it has as many more features over the XM4, like the XM4 has over the XM3.

Bought these for $250 from Amazon during black friday sales. Worth it. NC is amazing with good bass. Ambient sort of distorts the music and I dont know if other brands have a better implementation for it.

I have these and love them. I used them for both yard work and taking work meetings. List price is 348 which is inflated, but they're normally on sale for around 250.
