Yes they can because it's WiFi. Use Ethernet to avoid jammers

I suppose if the would be criminal knew wifi jamming is illegal, he probably wouldn't risk it. Might want to put up a sign next to the camera alerting them.
I own the S330 (non LTE) version which connects to the Eufy Homebase 3 storage system. The difference is where the data is stored, one is your local storage via Homebase and the other is storage on the SIM card. You view and download the videos from the Eufy app to your phone. Eufy does provide cloud storage service with a monthly fee.

No it does not. Ordered one earlier this month when they advertised that they work with T-Mo but turns out it only works with the EIOT sim (which has the option to use T-Mo as a provider)
