Can these still be jammed with wifi jammers? Seems like a good idea when a burglars goes to your panel and shuts off all your power. You'll still have lte option but does anyone know how much lte is a month for this?
You do know there are also cellular jammers out there?
I own the S330 (non LTE) version which connects to the Eufy Homebase 3 storage system. The difference is where the data is stored, one is your local storage via Homebase and the other is storage on the SIM card. You view and download the videos from the Eufy app to your phone. Eufy does provide cloud storage service with a monthly fee.
Fwiw, I own a solocam S220, solocam S40, T8203 wired doorbell and T8200 wired doorbell. No Homebase for any of them. I believe all videos are stored on device and I access then through the app.
No SD card for any of them (not even sure if there's an option) but it deletes the oldest stuff when full. Everyone is different but I can go back a couple weeks to see videos so I don't have a need for more storage
Lol and why would you think bad actors are blocking cameras? Not to do nefarious things?
Why are people reading so much into my response? I simply answered the question and identified it's illegal to block in part or in whole the wifi signals spectrum in the US.
Nowhere did I say that bad actors wouldn't block the signal, couldn't or any expectation of what would happen.

The newer cams have 16gb internal storage which is not a enough storage. Maybe a week on normal recording setting, but with high traffic and longer recording, it's not enough storage, maybe several days then overwrite. Homebase 3 supports up to 16TB SSD which is shared across all supported cams. In the scenario your cameras are damaged, the videos are lost; however, if you have it stored via cloud/Homebase the videos are still retrievable. LTE is a nice feature for continuous security, but you still have to manually download the video from the app. There's no automation. This is something buyers might need to know.
Is the LTE the only difference between this and the S340 which is $140?
This is basically my understanding as well. I've reviewed some reviews and the video quality as to which camera is superior seems to vary. S340 seems better equipped during the day but I thought the video from the s330 was better at night (however, this may be possible to the larger spotlight on the s330).
