Bluetooth for the most part doesn't work underwater so you wouldn't want them anyways for swimming.
They have their own internal storage

Not really? These are designed to allow you to hear things, vs NOT hear things. In general they sacrifice audio quality for comfort and to prevent obstructing the ears. I wouldn't use anything else for athletic activity and I have their OpenComm for work because I can wear it all day comfortably.

They do ship them with earplugs (or have with past models) — that's their solution for "noise cancellation". I find it hard to imagine it's better than active noise cancellation (I'm a big fan of air pod pros for this) but you could give it a try.
Which one is best for work(using Teams) ? My ear has strange pain due to pressure from foam from work Jabra headsets.

For a long while there was an issue with Teams where when the headset was muted it would beep every 10-20(?) seconds. That seems to have been fixed/resolved in the new version Teams. I use my old Aeropex model(equivalent to this OpenRun model) with Teams and it works well now.

I ended up getting the Costco SE version. They seem exactly the same except they're made in China vs Vietnam for the normal Open Runs. Also, the SE doesn't come with the strange headband that the normal version does.
