How is this monitor compared to Samsung S80A also 4K IPS on sale right now for $200? Looks like that one has more features (speakers, usb-c power delivery, etc)

unfortunately as of 1:50pm PT the answer won't matter as the S80A is sold out on Amazon and back up to $400 via third party seller. Frown

FYSA: I've purchased two of these as "Used - Like New" from Amazon open box (ie. Amazon Resale) for $215. Arrive in original packaging and both look and perform like true new.

Edit: current price new is better deal, but the used like new pop up almost weekly

Been using two of these monitors since December 2022 and have had no problems with them and I really do like them. I've always been an Ultrasharp guy but these were very nice and I don't even miss my older Ultrasharps.

It absolutely did flicker with my 2023 MBP 16". I never had this issue with the same monitors on my 2019 MBP 16".

I am using three of these with a dell wd22tb4 and m3 max MacBook Pro…some weird nuances like needing to use a high enough bandwidth HDMI, DP, or USB-C conversion cable, but otherwise no flickering in my setup. I will say the USB-C to DP cable i have annoyingly tries to wake the monitor when plugged in while the laptop is in sleep or not connected at all, which i worked around by setting that monitor to fast wake. Also PSA for knuckleheads here to use amazon warehouse buys…i got 3 of these open box for $153 each brand new (box marked as 'amazon refurbished' which is basically just amazon checking a box that it turned on before they resold it - the mfg date on all three was fall/winter 2023 and i got them a few month ago).
