One question pls. What's the difference of this 45 and 45II? I saw some place mentions 45II. then Googled it but didn't see any useful info. Even doubt is there 45II? Because there isn't 45II on Bose website. Thanks.

Doesn't qualify for their 20 off coupon so I'll just get the new the QC instead + 10% cashback.

180 after coupon. I would spend 30 bucks more on a newer design + brand new over refurb.
