Is there any difference besides the $40 price between the DECO XE70 Pro and the XE75 Pro?

Also curious about this. Seemingly, the XE70 Pro is the newer model. But no immediately obvious spec difference.

Apparently no, they claim slightly slower WiFi speeds, but the hardware specs appear the same:
https://dongknows.com/tp-link-dec...em-review/

The measured speeds are identical. I'm stuck deciding on the XE70 Pro, or just go straight to WiFi 7 for a bit more? Both the XE70 and XE75 Pro only have a single 2.5Gb port, so you if you go over 1Gb you can have the connection from your modem to the router, but then you're at 1Gb for backhaul if you go wired.

Depends on the router. There are tri-band and quad-band Wi-Fi 7 routers.

My home has two stories, with total about 2000 square feet. Which one shall I buy? Thanks

Looks like the 22000 is tri-band while the 33000 is quad-band.

This should probably be a separate thread, but there's a glitch on the X15. The title says 1 Pack, but if you select 2-Pack in the "Size" section, you should theoretically get 2x 1 Pack for $59.99. I ordered last week and only 1 was delivered. I messaged support and told them I ordered the 2 pack and they shipped me a replacement. If you look at the "1 Pack" in the Size section, the title will say 2 pack.

TP-Link Dual-Band AX1500 WiFi 6 Mesh Wi-Fi System (Deco X15) | Replaces Routers and Extenders | Covers up to 2,100 sq.ft. | 2 Gigabit ports per unit, supports Ethernet Backhaul | 2024 Release (1-Pack) https://a.co/d/fVtzryq

I picked up TPLink Deco AX5000 from Costco this past weekend & returned it after opening the box.

I could not find a method to configure (& manage) the product via a local web console.

It mandates app download & creating a TP link account.

Stumbled upon this forum post where customers have been asking for this feature & the company has no plans to make this capability available.

https://community.tp-link.com/us/...pic/526834

Lack of a local web console (to configure & manage) the product might not be a deal breaker for many, but it sure did come as a shock to me.

Edit: a local web console is available post initial configuration but (as per the reports in the linked forum post) it is essentially useless.

Wow. That's good to know. I bought the same one last night at my local Costco for $180 (after $70 off) because my Netgear Orbi suddenly stopped working after 4 years. It was the only router on sale at Costco. I haven't opened it yet. After seeing your post, I might return it unopened… so what are you looking at now? It's Prime Day but I haven't found many great deals on routers. Just a Linksys mesh deal for $100. Your thoughts? Thanks!

Ok, are we the same person from different dimensions?
My (2017) Orbi AC3000 (2pack) has been dropping connectivity so I picked up the Costco deal for AX5000 on Saturday.

I ran some searches like "configure (product name) without app" or "configure (product name) via web console" & decided to try Orbi AX3000 (2pack)

Will find out tomorrow whether the online articles are correct or not.

If you're spending this kind of money, might as well get an orbi
