I got this last time. Arrived complete without issue. No hi hat or snare stand. No throne or bass pedal. Easy plug and play setup. The rack can be easily re configured, i set it up with two floor toms instead and changed them on the module to 16 and 18 inch drum sounds.

Might as well get a regular set; for much less money. Even if you have to build a sound proof room. Otherwise a modern pro drum pad unit; which can also be used with a regular set for the best of both worlds.
It's like; if the visual aspect of a set is required for a stage/show then an old school drum set looks better anyway. It depends on what you want to do. However; these sudo drums and machine combo mash ups are out of control, with high prices. They can't make you play any better. And they are (at best) trying to feel more like a real set; but at many times the price for that. So... a real set feels like a real set! For less.
Agree that Roland prices are high, but ekit prices are coming down. Have you priced a pro acoustic kit with high-end cymbals? You can easily pay well over $5K for a 5 piece acoustic kit with good cymbals. And then you're stuck with just one sound and a super heavy kit to move around if you gig. With this Roland kit, you get almost endless drum kits in one and it's much easier to move around. Plus, no need for mics/tuning. Both have Pros and Cons.

Anyway, this deal is dead ...
Correct; but compare used, small decent sets for a few hundred.
And I suggested this may also afford you a multi drum pad for all those other drum sounds. Why not find the drum tone you want and target that on a actual set?
And if one needs to cover all drums types then a modern drum machine is needed anyway. Some even use mic-ed drums, into units that give other types.
But don't most drummers pick a style anyway?
Sure you can buy what ever you want, just for ones basement if you have more cash than you can ever spend; but there needs to be some push back for $5000 drums. Right?

Interesting, never noticed the timer, thanks FooFighter, if only the deal were Everlong!
Jkilez, $30 of sticks (assuming they're name brand) pushed you off the fence? lol, Throne too! albeit a cheap one makes this the best deal yet!
Yea, great deal but kind of odd how they include hihat and snare hardware with the TD-17KVXV2 but not the TD-27's. I am stuck between this and the TD-17KVXV2....

I own the V1 TD-17KVX and I had to supply my own hi-hat stand and pedals. The snare mounts to a pole extending from the frame, though.

TD-27 has all the latest tech, at this price it's a no-brainer. Just grab a mid level hardware bundle from your favorite music store and get rockin'.
