Other than that it's a decent card and the Eno one-time/one-vendor card numbers are very helpful.

1/ "within the first 3 months from account opening" - It's counting from the time the card is approved and sent to me or from the time I activate and start using it?
2/ If I spend more than $4000 in one or two months and paid all, can I receive 75,000 bonus miles right away or I have to wait after 3 months?
Thanks for your prompt replies. I appreciate it.

820+ score, has quicksilver card for more than 10years. Denied. My previous venture cards was closed ~52 months ago. So I got the bonus more than 60month ago. Will see what is the reason.

Cap 1 miles can be transferred to a number of airlines and hotels programs (including flyng blue)-- all but Accor and EVA are 1:1 transfers.
The Ink card you ask about is "better" in that I find Chases transfer partner list a little better, and it's a business card so it doesn't show up on your personal credit report (beyond the hard pull) like this card would.
