Waterdrop: NSF 42 (removes taste and odor)
Waterdrop Advanced: NSF 42 + 53 (lead, organic chemicals, asbestos)
Waterdrop Plus: NSF 42 + 53 + 401 (emerging contaminants such as DEET)
The one posted is the base level NSF 42 filter. So it just makes your water taste cleaner, but likely won't provide many health benefits if you care about that at all.
Edit: For comparison, the official LG LT1000P meets all three standards NSF 42 + 53 + 401.
