I prefer having deep sockets. 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" with deep sockets is my preference. Allen wrenches come in handy, too. My 108 piece Craftsman set is my favorite. The lower ones don't always cover some of my extra needs, but I also use them for other projects. Good if my tire iron is missing.
