I believe I have the AA battery version of this trimmer. If it cuts the same, I would pass on this. Blades kept grabbing and pulling.

I'm a beard having guy. If you're serious about grooming just buy a corded trimmer. I used to run through 30$ battery trimmers about once a year - finally just spent a little more on a corded one and it has lasted me about 3 years and counting.

I've had a beard for about 20 years now. I'm on my 2nd battery powered trimmer. My current one lasted quite a few years but now I have to keep it plugged in since it won't hold a charge.

Yes you are 100%. I bought this not long ago and wow did it hurt and left my face a red mess. The corded ones are more powerful and suited to actually cut your hair and not rip it out

Can you recommend a wired trimmer?

I have an earlier version of this Wahl and it's always tugged and will make a bloody mess of your scrotum if you make the mistake of trying to shave it with this.

I have this old cordless Norelco trimmer that I use twice a week on my beard. It has a regular AA rechargeable battery that I replace about once in 5yrs. Still going strong.

This is silly. There are plenty of good cordless trimmers. Ask yourself, when is the last time you went to a barber or a stylist and they used a corded trimmer? And those pro's are using their's far more frequently than you or I.

Reading the reviews: feels cheap quality, the blades doesn't cut well - 5 or 6 passes, noisy, and very small size for clippers. I was interested but pass

Get my haircut maybe once every 3 months and they all use corded buzzers
