I own a Sencut Citius in their 9cr18mov stainless steel and love it. Action is dialed in perfectly, opens like it's assisted, but it's manual, which means the detent is perfect. Steel performs well and fit and finish on the knife is very good. The other offerings in D2 is a semi-stainless tool steel that hold an edge longer, but shouldn't be used on food prep unless you make sure to wash, dry and oil immediately after. The black DLC coated versions help the D2 resist corrosion better, but it will stain if you're not a little careful. D2 isn't a good steal for cutting lemons, lol, but it gets wicket sharp and holds a good edge.

The Citius is discontinued but if anyone is interested it looks like White Mountain Knives has them for $30, and you can use code 2THEPOINT to take 10% off.

For those who don't know, send cut is the budget line of Civivi knives. I own quite a few of them and they are all very well made and great bargains. The only one of these I have is the Brazoria. It is considered a full size knife and is extremely lightweight at 3.22 oz for an almost 3.5 inch blade. If I did not already have one I would jump on that at least.
