Have the 8 GB RAM, and turning on the "reduce animations" (Settings -> Accessibility -> Vision enhancements -> Reduce animations (toggle on) made a HUGE difference and is a game changer! Feels much faster and snappier in response. Initially had animations reduced to 0.5x under the developer option, and still felt jittery at times. But the reduce animation makes this feel like a $500+ tablet!

Even the fastest SD cards are orders of magnitude too slow to be anything close to system memory

This is a good deal... me personally I don't like the bloat that comes with Samsung... you sometimes end up fighting with Bixby.

I would much rather get a Lincplus T3 or iplay 50 mini Pro NFE. These tablets are just slightly faster based on CPU and have zero bloat which ends up making them seem that they are even faster.

I have both those tablets and a Sammy. I am just telling you how it is.

i purchased over the weekend at $154. tried to order another one using epp, $132 price is showing on the product page but when i add to cart, it shoots back up to $154.

Been playing with this tablet for 3-4 days now and have to say that I'm sort of disappointed. It definitely feels sluggish. Screen transitions are not smooth. There's some lag when pressing an app sometimes.
