Be aware that B12 supplementation increases needs of Iron and folic acid due to increasing the building process (lack leads to anemia) so it may be worth getting those tested and/or supplementing those too. If you think you have anemia, most important would be ferritin (iron storage) levels.

Requestatest is a common one that can provide cheaper lab tests or labcorp on demand if you are in NY or MA where patient testing is limited.

Dealt with this a fair bit so feel free to ask any questions.

Interesting. I've been taking a B complex for years and just recently my latest blood tests showed signs of anemia.
