I got the L10s Ultra renewed from ebay for $400 and have been wondering the same thing.
Here's what I found that matters to me:

L10s has 2 year warranty from Allstate vs. 1 year warranty from manufacturer. People complain about manufacturer customer support. You can get a 2 year warranty from Assurion for $60.
L10s cost $400 vs $630 (or $690 with equivalent warranty).

Here's what I found that doesn't matter to me (YMMV):

L20 (Ultra) has 7,000 vs 5,300 Pa of suction. 5,300 Pa is fine on our rugs and carpets, but they're not super plush. We're also upgrading from 1500-1800 Pa (Ozmo T8, Roomba i7), so 5,300 is huge.
L20 has lights on the front for better object detection in the dark. We run ours during the day, so it doesn't matter. If we need to run it at night, I will turn on lights or stick an LED strip on it.
L20 can extend mops to edge. We have mostly hard floors. I don't notice dirt that needs to be mopped in the edges. This is also something that people complain about breaking.
L20 can drop off and pick up mops at base. This sounds cool but I don't see the point when it can just lift the mop instead. Seems like one more thing that can break, and people complain that it does.
L20 has slightly better battery life, dust bin size, mop height, sound level. But it's all insignificantly small amounts.

At the moment I'm keeping the L10s Ultra. Hopefully this helps someone. I'm curious to hear if there's anything I've missed.

Eufy X10 haas 8,000 Pa of suction power compared to L20's 7,000. Dreame can automatically drop off the mop pads at the base while X10 is only manual. Both can raise the pads and only L20 has extendable pads while X10's software compensates for by getting closer to edges. Eufy will take pics of obstacles and send them to the app. L20's base is larger, which can hold more water but takes up more space. Eufy is available on their website with replacement kit for $606 with 10% back via popular site.

Is this worth the extra 130 for a small apt?

I ended up purchasing the refurbished model on eBay for $599 + tax.
Interestingly enough, eBay backs refurbished items with 2 year warranties through Allstate.
For a brand new unit, there is only a 1 year manufacturer warranty.

The refurb unit came in looking brand new. Still had all the protective covers and tape.

Actually, it's great software! I was a beta tester and we had them resolve all issues before launch

I bought one of these on the last sale.

It didnt dock properly, so it didn't function. I tried to go through customer service. They told me to send back the original before theyd send a replacement, so i sent it back. Fast forward a few weeks and im asking where is my replacement? They said that theyre still trying to validate that the issue is happening. I told them not to farking bother and give me my money back

I have the same issue with these units. Seems like you will have a high cost of ownership over time

Where would you have it empty the dust?
