kind worry about the microplastic. Might use bamboo instead.

I ditched this exact one for a bamboo one for that very reason. I saw video of chopping food and then scrap the plastic board for plastic.

I have this. works fine. if you know how to cut properly you don't need to worry about much. seems like many here don't.

I bought a couple giant cutting boards from sams club [samsclub.com] for like 9$/ea and ripped one into 4 small boards. Haven't thought about new cutting boards in a long time.
