If I already have Peacock, anyone know if this stacks a year to what I've already paid for?

Edit: Details say for new Peacock subscribers so I'll assume not.

Edited Edit: contacted peacock support and they prorated a refund and canceled my account. Then just followed the Verizon link and all worked like a charm.

After SEVERAL hours with Verizon customer support, we went round and round to try and figure it out I could not get this deal.
My guess is, if you have EVER had a Netflix/Peacock/Starz deal, you can never again get a deal.
The fine print does not say this. I never got a definite reason why.

I had a prior deal of free Netflix Premium for a year with at $25 NFL+ subscription. This deal also worked for me.

Got the Starz deal last year, it expired a little over 3 weeks ago and no dice for me in getting this deal.

I have the same problem. I had a conversation with the knowledgeable customer service and she told me that I have to purchase +play first which is $10 per month, then I would be able to get this deal. You pay $10 for +play per month and you'll get $15 credit toward any streaming service per month as well. You won't be able to use the credit toward this deal because this is a one time purchase, not monthly payment. You can only use it for another program. I have been bounced back and forth with multiple customer service until one person knows the reason why I couldn't get this deal. So add the +play first to your account

I too tried the offer but it disappeared once i logged in... had the netflix and starz package, which expired 3 months ago and i did not renew netflix
Looks like hidden system setting from verizon or a bad IT implementation as the T&C dont state the condition of not having taken a netflix offer

I am able to get the offer. When I click on "Get it Now", it takes me to the Review and Accept page. From there I put in my credit card information and click 'Save and Use' and I keep getting the same error message "We encountered an error while processing your request.". I have tried different browsers and even another computer and get the same error. So frustrating.

This happened to me 50/50, after resubmitting my address and re-entering my payment info it would finally process. BUT then the final buy buttons remained greyed out no matter what so still didn't work. My best guess is their site is trash and/or overloaded, so need to try again later? Even their help chatbot would work a bit and then break with an error message...

No luck for me also. I also have an older plan that i am grandfathered in. I think Verizon is forcing us to get their new plan of we want future deals.

Yeah I also had the Starz deal, and I see this one when I click the link, but once I sign in it's gone.

I smiled when I saw this as it meant you saw the title, went "hrm, if I pay a year for peacock w/ads I could get ad-free Netflix..." and then went "nope, I don't even watch Netflix, so I'm going to alert everyone in the thread so they can....read the comment in the mist of all the other comments they're trying to read through"

So...you going to just pay for the year of Peacock through Verizon instead of directly to NBCU? Neither and just wanted someone to give you attention?
