You can possibly use the coupon twice. Add one as one-time purchase. In the cart, select Subscribe & Save. Go back and do add as one-time again. One will be Subscribe & Save and the other will be one-time in your cart.

I was able to enable S&S for the other at checkout as well. YMMV. Even got $2 Prime No Rush credit

This stuff never works on my kid. Waste of money. Our pediatrician prescribe Bromphen Cough Syrup and it works wonder.
