Same here though I've been having issues with the k cup accessory. It's failing to recognize when I click into place. Seriously the most well designed coffee pot I have seen.

Bit weary of refurb, any idea if this price is good enough to justify? May try to wait for a discount on a new on but curious - thanks!

In the context of Amazon, refurb means returned and can't be sold as new. Sure they gets a once-over; have to. The point is, it doesn't necessarily mean it was broken at some point, just returned.

Perhaps someone else can confirm or deny this?

If it was never used that's a good buy, but buying a coffeemaker if it was used before they tagged it as a refurb not very appealing.

It depends on who did the refurb. If it is factory refurbished, it typically means it was never sold/returned. Something changed during production that caused them to have to open the box after being manufactured. It could be as simple as a manual update or insert.
Amazon or Geek Squad refurbished means a customer return that has been inspected. It should have not been used, however, and should appear and work as if brand new.
I stick to factory refurb and have never had an issue with any brand.

Thank you for this! Woot doesn't seem to specify and I got a free drip maker (cuisinart) from facebook recently that I just cleaned so I think I'm going to pass but this does seem like a great price overall.

I had worst luck with refurbished products from woot so far. Every product was used like there is no tomorrow, cleaned up and sent over. Also, Returns are not straightforward, we need to contact them and send the pictures(?) to them for return approval. I gave up after multiple tries!
