Volts x Amps = Watts
standard USB voltage is 5v. but for various fast/quick charge protocols it can vary the voltage a bit. I don't see any fast/quick charge/power delivery listed for this device
18w total for 3 ports is very low.
That might trickle charge 3 modern phones if they are all powered off. If the screen is on you might be breaking even 😆
Very early generation iPhone/iPod chargers were 5V 1A aka 5W.
18w for a single port is decent today for phones, but using multiple ports on this would really only work for very low draw devices.
Note, this is good to keep at a desk for easy access. It's a bit bulky for travel.
If you want to charge several things at once, or a powerful tablet, or a laptop... there are better options.
