Yes they did charge me and there's really nothing that I can do about it other than warn people that Samsung will screw you if they can and you are not big enough to fight them.

Ordered S24U + Watch 7 to go above $1000 and hit the 10k MR Amex offer.
Samsung only charged for the phone ($840ish + tax).
Amex offer is eligible for purchases by 8/11/2024.
Watch is scheduled to ship on 8/21.

Same and my phone is delayed too. Talked to CSR yesterday and he said that all my items are packed but the phone (wonder if the pre order of watches are already packed). On asking about phone delivery date, he seemed exhausted and said it will be delivered today (that was yesterday) . As expected nothing was delivered, he just wanted me to end the chat..

Click on RETURN
Chat window will open, agent will assist
Tell the agent: "What is the process to return this phone"
The agent will ask why
Tell the agent: "I am reconsidering this purchase. The Pixel 9 shows better specs and I want to pre-order".

Agent will offer instant $30 refund to keep the phone.
You can accept or ask for whatever you want. It will require approval by escalation (I asked for $75).

I'll wait and see until a few days before the Amex offer expires. If I still don't get charged for the watch, I'll probably just buy something that I might use eventually... Maybe my newborn could use that $306 galaxy book 4 later when she goes to college or something.

Did this exact deal on 7/19. Estimated deliver was today 7/26. Yesterday, 7/25 I got an email saying your order has been delayed, without any new estimated date."

I got the same message, that there's no cash back for this purchase. Does that mean, no cash back or is this something that can be disputed? If no CB, I'll be returning the phone.
