Lately, Samsung has been giving up to $350 off if you have no trade-ins. But if you have any trade-in that is worth more than $350, then you can go that route and your final price will be even lower than the quoted number. I think this is what he meant.

When I was on their site, it was only giving a $200 discount with no trade.
