Huh? I've been exclusively wearing these for probably 4 years. I buy them Costco. I've never once had a waistband stretch at all. Unless these are drastically different than the quality soul that Costco, I think they should be great. Yes polyester but I don't know where you can get boxers that are not for a price in this range.
