I just use a referral code and get 10% off all the time with a new E-mail/account. Just sad that they have no cashback offers.

Their fulfillment has been a disaster, ordered items two weeks ago and after still not shipping, with customer service saying it's due to a increase and demand and backlog at the wharehouse, with no estimate, though they charge your card immediately. They also don't allow you to cancel, I had to do a charge back with my card company - On is a $12 billion dollar company invest $0 in actual fulfillment- just all in marketing and influencers and managed like it's a small shop - they are awful

had them deliver something via fedex and it never made it to my house and a picture that clearly shows it's not my house number all they said we have proof of delivery and so we can not refund or replace
like some script asked for "real" person in email and got same response multiple times

amex chargeback got me my money back though

Temporary 'in' brand for the folks in the suburbs that pretend to have disposable income. Majority of my neighbors who are up to their neck in debt wear them.

Most I've tried aren't that comfortable for $90+ sneakers.​ I'll stick with others like ultraboosts and Asic's Nimbus. They look better imo too minus the nonsense wedge these shoemakers are putting out.

I find them really comfortable. I have subtalar arthritis and these shoes plus a cheap insole feel better than when my doctor made a custom sculpted orthopedic insole for me.

But... It's a shoe and everyone's feet are different. I'd always test them in store before buying if you're not sure how they feel.

generally more of a firmer ride, for walking/casual use its fine. their newer models are solid for running. monster/eclipse/surfer/boom echo 3. basically the new models from the last year or so.

100%. Returns are also a disaster. In the past I often had to contact customer service to find out why a refund on a return had not been made when the return was delivered a week prior. They credit me after a "call to the warehouse," but what a time waster. As you say, pretty stunning since On positions itself as a "premium" brand. OTOH return a Brooks shoe and your CC gets credited back hours after you drop off at FedEx.

At this point the only thing I'll order direct from ON is heavily discounted past season that I'm already familiar with and know my exact size. Just a head up for those buying from ON -- don't buy direct unless you are patient and know the feel and size of the shoe you are ordering. Don't order blind.

Just a counter (but older) point on the order fulfillment.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes during the winter holidays, they were shipped and delivered in two days from Georgia. I returned two of the shoes via FedEx, and had a credit email 30 minutes after dropping them off, and a credit on my card the next day.

I ordered another pair, it says delivery in 10 days, let's see if the experience is more like December, or July Smilie
