It's not a trade in actually. It's just a credit, you just have to specify a vac type you are using.

Yes I contacted them and, they said not to worry they'll take care of everything. Also gave extra discount, it came out a total of $99.37.

The trade-in is a mobile phone only, not other vacs (which yes, can be strange or confusing). The option after trade-in on the product page is more so just a little survey; if you will, which will grant you $50 off the vac.

Last time, you could stack mobile phone trade in and vac upgrade credit. Now the mobile trade-in seems broken. Did a chat and got a $25 promo code. Ordered one for $93.74 + tax

Debating between getting this one (Jet 75) for $112.50, or keeping the "LG Cord Zero A9 Cordless Stick Vacuum - A912PM" I got from the Walmart deal for $90 last week - what do you all think?

I see this one comes with an extra battery, but I was able to purchase additional warranty of 3 years on the LG one for $15 extra. Are the features in this Samsung and its performance better than the LG A9?
