Blower? We call this a fan in the USA. Jobsite blower should refer to something like a small leaf blower, I would think. Linked description calls it a fan.
Funny, at the linked page, I'm seeing $31.30 for local pickup or shipped.

Looks like it uses a standard three prong 120vac cord or the 20 volt battery. Looks like it comes with the cord but it doesn't come with a battery which I guess is why they state "Tool Only".
