It's a good starter printer for the price but it's not beginner friendly. You'll have to learn how to properly level the bed (auto bed leveling is not 100% that's why it has wheels), how to calibrate the filament flow and more. You'll also get dropped into the "what upgrades to print" black hole. But if you are willing to accept all that and willing to learn then this can print just as good as more expensive printers so for $100 is not bad of a deal.

Get a bambu labs A1 mini. It will just work. You can get a discount on tiktok shop that puts it at $169

I'm not sure how to confirm if this store is actually Creality themselves. I see at least 5 eBay stores, majority of which claim to be 'official' stores:

I mean it'll work, but you'll definitely want to mess with it to get the print quality better. If you want great print quality out of the box, you're gonna have to spend hundreds more.

It's a good starter printer for the price but it's not beginner friendly. Go a month back in time and buy the Ender 3 SE refurb for $100, but for 107 this one is probably fine

People have been printing away on this design printer for years prior to the current gen appliance printers. For $100 you can print 3d models at home and you can decide if it is something you will use.

It's funny, I found a similar deal on a cheaper 3D printer earlier (using the same 20% off coupon):
